Happy Monday! I was able to get in a good nap yesterday, so I woke up this morning feeling refreshed and ready to start my week! (Sunday’s are the only day I am able to relax enough to actually take a nap when my son naps, and I look forward to it all week! Haha). We’ve been checking off items from our fall bucket list! Last week we went to the pumpkin patch and I got some adorable pictures of my son NOT looking at the camera because he was too excited to stop for pictures! But that’s ok, I’m glad he had fun! I’m hoping to pick up a pumpkin for my son to decorate this week (I’m also planning to make him some play dough so we will see how that goes 😉 ) and I saw that on Wednesday “The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” is on TV, so we will definitely be doing a family movie night then!
Anyway, on to my outfit!

One of my favorite things about fall is being able to wear scarves! Scarves are by far my absolute favorite accessory! I love that I can add a fun patterned scarf to an outfit and make it look completely put together! Today’s outfit is extremely comfortable and so easy to recreate with something you probably already have in your closet! The scarf that I am wearing is (I’m pretty sure…well like 95% sure) that this was the very first scarf I ever purchased! It was back before I even had a Pinterest account and I would just go on and screen shot outfits that I wanted to recreate, haha. So many of them involved an animal print scarf like this one! It is just a regular scarf that I have tied the ends together to make into an infinity scarf. I love doing that with my regular scarves to make them look completely different!
This shirt, from Old Navy, is lightweight (perfect for our weather that doesn’t quite realize that it is fall yet) and extremely comfortable. I’ve been very into the color maroon for fall this year! And I couldn’t pass the opportunity to mix stripes with animal print (my favorite way to pattern mix! Try it you might like it!)
I’ve honestly had these jeans for years, haha! I guess way before flare made its comeback. 😉 I love wearing these jeans with booties! But, if I were running errands with my toddler, then I would not be wearing any heels! These look just as cute with flats and, lets be real, who chases their toddler around in heels?
I hope you all enjoy your week!
